Hi, I tried scouring the forums and the internet for the answer, but I'm not sure what to call it.

Basically I want to add badges to my images, like the attached:

    http://www.444rental.com

I found the attached on a property website, and would love to add this feature to mine, but can't find a reference for a plugin.

If you know the term for what it's called IE: 'image badge', 'Image Banner' or if you know a plugin that can do this, that would be awesome.

    Thanks

In WordPress the text associated with an image is called a 'caption'. You need to have the caption classes (.wp-caption) styled in your style.css file to be able to display images and captions properly. See this reference http://codex.wordpress.org/CSS

Sorry, didn’t understand your question properly. That diagonal banner over the image is usually done via CSS with a transparent .png image assigned to the background of a div class.
