   Ok, so i think i have the code correctly, it is from my file manager, wp-content/plugins/flash_video_player/lightning/LIGHTNING.FLV/ now the lightning.flv, is uploaded into the lightning folder, and the code i have in my page is

   [flashvideo file=/wp-content/plugins/flash-video-player/lightning/lightning.flv /]

   can anyone figure out what the problem is, thanks.

   Don't use flash I don't have to. Does WordPress have a built in player?
