    Pleeeeease help!
My site doesn't load when someone tries to view it using Internet Explorer 6. In fact it causes IE6 to crash.

It has something to do with scripting - if I 'disallow active scripting' in IE6 then the page loads fine.

I have removed everything that looks suspicious to try and trouble-shoot. But the site still won't load.

Can anyone see what the problem is?

    Many thanks,

  2. Disable WP-Cache to begin with, and your widgets, and see if they fix the IE6 crash. Failing that, work on fixing your validation errors, esp. the missing closing tags.

    Thanks songdogtech
OK, now I've disabled absolutely everything (including wp-cache), I've switched to the default theme (which goes through validation with zero errors), and it's still crashing IE6.
    What am I doing wrong???????

  4. Try another PC ith IE6 on it; maybe something's wrong with the IE you're using. You've also got new missing closing tags in your validation, too.
