Im New! plz help me

Im new here, I had already bought my hosting and domain from webstart to use there template to make a site, it is not working out, i cant edit anything. i want to use wordpress and add my blog to my site…Any step by step on how to do this? and anyone know if this is possible with webstarts, i need a step by step for dummies. thanx
