   Does anybody know of a plugin that will allow me to list all comments by tags?

   For instance, when a user clicks on a keyword in the tag cloud on the sidebar, I want the user to be redirected to a page that lists all comments associated with that keyword.

   Can this be done with code or with a plugin?

   Comments don't have tags. Only Posts do.

   OK, nevermind listing comments by tags.

   How about listing all comments by keywords?
