I'm looking for a certain type of voting plugin

I am looking for a free or premium / freemium 🙂 plugin that will allow my users to vote on topics I create. Maybe there is a custom post type for a given topic, that has a repeater text field which will allow me to add items.

on the front-end, my users could vote by organizing the “items”, either drag and drop or dropdown select number ordering.

As topic reports, I would like to view stats, that show the ranking of “items” based on the order given by users.

I would also like to see the order of items for each user individually.

Finally I would like the overview stats on the front end – just show the winning order of items for each topic.
