Ever since I installed these plugins, WordPress Theme Demo, Debogger, Log, Deprecated Notices, and Theme Check, my website crashed and I have trouble getting into my wp-admin. This is the message I got when I tried getting back in again and this is the link:

Did I do something wrong? I set up a PHP MyAdmin server but why is this happening?

What do you have entered into your wp-config.php file for your database settings? Make sure you have the correct database name, database user, user password and hostname(usually localhost).
If you think one of your plugins may be the issue, try disabling your plugins manually by renaming the plugins folder using either FTP or your web host's file manager.

If your site working fine before you installed plugins and did not make any change in wp-config.php file then
Using ftp deactivate plugins by renaming plugins folder and create blank plugins folder and see is that solves the problem.

Hello, I'm having a lot of problems getting into the web login for my website - sometimes i can get in, most i cannot?? I can't access my Ftp account to make changes to the file contents at the moment. Are there any other ways of doing this? Thanks
