I’m having an issue with my static home page vs. dynamic pages with adsense

I have setup a new wordpress blog at godaddy and put some adsense in it. I’ve noticed that on any page other than home, I get relevant ad’s. I’ve even copied Home to another page called Test, same exact content, on Home I get non-relevant ad’s, on Test I get relevant ad’s. The only difference between these two pages that I can see is that the secondary pages get the permalink URL. With that noted, if I change the permalink to anything but the default, I then start to get non-related ads.

Can anyone tell me if this is an issue on how I have setup the page, the theme, or if its an issue with Godaddy.
