I'm having a problem with Password Reset.

Lost my password and filled in the form to have a new password sent to me. The email arrived but the message was blank ie there was nothing at all in the body of the email. All that’s in the subject line is [my domain name]Password Reset; and that’s it.

Any idea of what is going on here?
