I’m Having a comment problem, BAD!

i use mozilla to update everything for my site (travsthum.com) and as of late, i have been receiving hundreds of comments from this person using different IP address’, email accounts saying the same thing over and over again. Nothing pornographic or anything. its weird links to medical places or prescriptions. But, every 3 times he/she submits a comment they go through the same routine again. I really don’t know what to do. I just checked my site on safari and my whole coding is gone. Firefox is still running it, but I really need some help because I don’t now how to stop this. I’ve just marked it as SPAM, put it in the spam folder and trashed it. If someone can help it would be great. Thank you.
