   I'm having major problems with wordpress and my blogs. It is not uploading the newest blog onto the home page--I'm now wondering if I'm mixing up wordpress.com with wordpress.org. Is there a different? I've been going to wordpress.com and downloading and I thought it came up on my website. I don't know if it's a bug in wordpress? Any ideas?

   Yes, you are seemingly totally lost and confused.
   This is the wordpress.ORG site where you can download the software/script called WordPress to be installed on your own domain at your host's server.

   The other site is wordpress.com - where you can have a freely hosted yourname.wordpress.COM blog. Usually, you do NOT download from there anything.

   Unless you figure out what are you doing... how could we help?

   Hi moshu,

   Thank you from the bottom of my heart for responding. I have the wordpress blog installed into my domain. I would go to admin to post new blogs. I only have 4 so far, and want to update my daily blog, but it's not showing up on my home page.
   Now, when I look at my history of blogs in wordpress.com, it's not showing all of them--it was the other day.

   My web designer is confused (not a good sign), so now we think it may be a blog problem.

   I did submit a support question to wordpress.com this morning and have heard nothing.

   Hmm... now you have successfully confused me, too :)

   The blog on your domain and the blog at wordpress.COM should have nothing to do with each other - UNLESS you were using the feature where
   a) you have the blog still hosted at wordpress.COM
   b) and you are using your own domain to display it

   If the above is true - then you do NOT need to install anything on your domain + you are in the wrong forum!
   http://wordpress.com/forums is the place where you want to be.

   Hi Moshu,

   Thanks again...I did realize I was in the wrong forum so I appreciate your helping me. I did get a response from the wordpress.com people which was not helpful, but my designer is now in my wordpress account and trying to figure out how to make links to a website.

   BTW, a) and b) were both true.

   Again, my apologies for being in the wrong forum. I'm a desperate woman taking desperate measures! Take care....
