I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble.
Assuming that the App ID and Secret Key are correct, this means that either you are using a personal profile (instead of a public page), or that your page has settings restricting it’s feed from public access.
Try this for me: logout of Facebook and try and view the page in question. If the feed is not visible, this means that the page needs to have age, country, and any other restrictions removed that would require a login to verify information. If that is the case, I can provide a screenshot showing Page settings that will work.

I have followed up via e-mail – your problem has been resolved!
The issue was with an incorrect Page ID being set in the Widget’s Page ID field. I have sent more information via e-mail.

yes! That was the error. Sorry, but I thought the PAge ID must also stay in the widget. But now it works perfect!
