   version installed: 2.6.3

   hello,
   i have a windows 2003 server with iis
   i have installed wordpress and following the procedure on this page http://codex.wordpress.org/User:ringmaster/IIS
   it's a very strange problem cause if i type the base url of the blog dosent' work
   http://rabenblog.eraben.com
   instead if i write http://rabenblog.eraben.com/index.php it works well.
   i have controlled the primary document and it works, i suppose the problem is when the wordpress try to make the ABSPATH or something else..
   on the same server i'have and old wordpress version http://blog.larosdonna.it and it works well i suppose there is some bug in the 2.6.3 version
   please help me

   What version of IIS are you using ?

   Only IIS 7.0 support integrated HTTP Pipelines and extensionless URLs as far as I know...

   Looks like you are on IIS 6.0. I just checked the blog and I can see it without index.php ? Was it maybe that you had to add the index.php as default documents on your IIS config ?

   Was it maybe that you had to add the index.php as default documents on your IIS config ?

   i haved controlled, if you go in rabenblog.eraben.com/prova/
   the index.php works
