Actually, the title of this post is wrong; the drop-down menu appears and the code appears to get written to the database - but it has no effect on the display in the administrative back-end, nor, on the site itelf. In other words, if I switch to HTML mode it shows, for instance, '<h1>' - or whatever. And, oddly, this is the only thing which doesn't work. Every other function works. It's, obviously, not the end of the world as I can amend the code, manually, with a span tag. This is a server (Windows Server 2008, 32bit) which I put together myself and I am using ISAPI php, not FastCGI. Java is installed, of course, and every browser does the same thing. I've installed 3 test sites and all of them do the same. And, I tried the previous version of Worpdress and it's doing the same. I have a site runnning on Server 2003 and IIS 6 - and a bunch of them on Linux - and I've never seen this before. Anyone have a clue?
