   I have installed php, mysql and wordpress on IIS. Now when i try to install a new theme or plugin it gives me an error saying download failed could not create temporary file.

   I have looked into many posts but they dont have a solution at the end and i have tried all the suggestions in other posts and they didnt help me out.Is there a solution for this....
