    I have placed an embedded iframe on my static home page yourfootball.tv, but it is scrunched up into the top left corner and i can't adjust the size.
    here is the code:

    <iframe src="http://www.firstrow.net/stream.php?s=SITE NAME&u=http://URL"
    width="100%" height="800" scrolling="auto" align="top" frameborder="0">
    This option will not work correctly. Unfortunately, your browser does not support Inline Frames
    </iframe>

    I'm new to wordpress, so any help would be welcomed!

    Iframes are really tacky. Why not use an RSS feed plugin instead?
    Then you can style the content to match your site.
    Of course that would take a lot more work.
