• Hi –

Just installed the new WP and updated my plugins: and have since been hit with an iFrame Injection attack. Discovered the code in the root index.php and its consistently defeated a couple of attempted deletes. It keeps coming back.

    Here’s the site: http://thed4d.com/

Have run malware detection on my own but also by my host (MediaTemple) and nothing comes up.

Is anyone having a similar problem with the new install? Any tips?

    – Thx

  • I would definitely let Media Temple aware of this. Normally (mt) accounts that are compromised are due to being on a shared network and not specific to WordPress.

I’ve been dealing with (mt) for the past 7 years and they are normally very quick and supportive

Are you using CSV importer plugin?
