   Try being patient. :) Bumping itself isn't explicitly disallowed to my knowledge, but you have to give people time to answer. Bumping after only a couple hours is not appropriate. We are all in different time zones and maybe the person who could help you is asleep on the other side of the world. A couple hours or a couple days even is not enough time sometimes.

   Also some of us search for unanswered posts so bumping looks like someone has responded.

   Also, thread title is important as well as the forum it is posted in. Your unaswered thread asks for help with the Coppermine plugin which I know nothing about but the question asked is css related, which I do. Perhaps that is why no one has answered, including myself.

   Thanks for the replies. Actually the post I am refering too is about a plugin the will show user stats. I didn't think about the time zones. Eyes are open now, thanks.

   Often someone provides a frivolous response. So the logic of looking for unanswered post is not valid.

   angsuman: looking at no-reply posts is a valid option, because so many of us spend so much time here! ;) We see new posts pretty quickly, so it's usually a safe bet to skim the list of no-reply posts first, before digging into other posts.
