If plagin is activated – redirect does not work

That’s quite strange, but only when I deactivate the plugin old cyrillic urls are redirected to new transliterated version.

Do you have any work-around or solution?
If plagin is activated – new URLS created in latin charset, but redirect does not work.
If I deactivate the plagin – redirect works OK, but new URLs create same way “without plagin”
