If only one result is found from a search, can't it just show it completely? (3 posts)

Okay, I'd like the following to happen. When I do a search and only one post is found in the results, can't I have it simply show the post? Completely? As of now, it shows just the link to the post and I have to click on the post itself.

What I really want it the php code that says IF RESULT = 1 THEN GO TO SINGLE.PHP. I am using WP2.01 with standard theme.Thank you.

That's weird... that used to be what happened (under 1.x... can't say I've purposefully tried this in 2.x yet...).

Has anyone implemented such functionality? It sounds like a nice user-friendly touch.
