I’m currently trying to deal with an issue that’s been pointed out to me that the plugin may not work when installed through the wordpress dashboard.

If this is the case with you then you could try the solution that can be done manually. go to your plugins using ftp and then change the name of the plugin folder from affiliate-window-banners to affiliate-window this should deal with the issue as a temporary measure.

Until I’m able to fix the issue you can also download the zip file directly from the plugin info page

Please use the above link as I’m not prepared to spend anymore time on this issue with getting the plugin to work through the wqordpress repository.

If there’s any mods reading this can you contact the wordpress team to have this plugin removed from the repositiry as nothing I do can get it to download correctly.

I’ll host the zip file directly on my own site instead.

    Please use version 1.2.

I think the issue was with a badly built path in the plugin which I have do a temporary fix on.

It works from my end if you have a problem please let me know so I can investigate further.

But it should now work through the dashboard install.
