IE9 Users cannot view the renamed admin login

I changed the login url via the plugin but IE9 users get a page not found. We’re all on the same IP and that IP is whitelisted. I can hit it just fine from IE10, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. IE9 get the 404. Any ideas?
