   Hi guys

   I'm having an issue with a site I have recently launched.

   It works fine accross all browsers except IE8 version:8.0.7600.16385

   I get a big chunk of white space between the end of the #access div and the beginning of #main.

   Perhaps a float issue?

   I would be incredibly grateful if anyone can help, as I have been looking at this for a while and my brain really hurts.

   start with sorting out the markup errors. You can ignore the Using experimental feature: HTML5 Conformance Checker error.

   Then also validate the CSS.
