IE7 only shows sidebars header/footer but Firefox displays site fine. Help | WordPress.org

Someone other than myself changed style.css in an attempt to change the spacing of the header and logo. After this change, the site only loads sidebars and header/footer when using IE7 but everything loads fine on Firefox. Please advise.

Anyone? I have read all the other threads that attempt to address this IE7 vs. Firefox battle. I am unable to solve it, even after installing several of the php files from the theme template that I thought could have been damaged, including the style.css file. I also replaced:

rsidebar.php
header.php

The header and right sidebar are invisible in IE but come through fine on Firefox.

Please someone advise.
