   the link for the one-click bookmarklet is not working with my IE7.....it opens profile.php????? what's up with that?

   I don't think the current version of wp is predicated to play nice with a maybe-browser rc version. As it happens, my test-bed IE7 install (rc whatever it is right now - latest one anyway) works just fine with the bookmarklet, so must be something specific to your install/setup.
