IE6 problem with my custom template

Hi there wordpressers

I’ve just recently installed wordpress on my brand new ecommerce site. I’ve tried to make the blog look exactly like the rest of my site and I thought I’d done a decent job until I looked at it through IE6.

Basically the banner has been moved down a fair bit which means the links across the top are misplaced and the rest of the body of the page has been pushed down too.

Can anyone with some knowledge of IE6 hacks help me!
