   for some reason my website does not scroll correctly in IE. You cannot use the arrows and/or use the bar to scroll. Only way to naviagte vertically is by the arrows on the keyboard or page down. Can someone take a look at my site and .css file and see if there is something they notice why it would do this ?

   anybody have this problem? or seen it before ? people visiting my site are really telling me its a pain to navigate! and I need to fix asap!

   It's your javascript. And, by the way - that's a HUGE javascript file. But the javascript is basically disabling your scrollbar.
