IE only css in Child Theme

    Hi Codex,

    Where do I place this code:

    <!--[if IE]>
	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="all-ie-only.css" />
<![endif]-->

    in a child theme of TwentyTen? In the header? Also, in a child theme we must use something like: @import url(*../twentyten/style.css"); in our css document. Does that @import url need to change in my IE-only css doc?
