IE browser 'Error on page' message

Hi, I’ve just got an ‘error on page’message this morning on the IE browser. I think it’s after i install the wordpress ping optimizer. I tried to validate my website here and find loads of errors (see below).
I don’t generally use any code, so I’m really confused what I should do here. How should I amend this?? Thanks a lot.
