[resolved] IE and Chrome dont like my site...why (3 posts)

I modified my WP theme to add a widget area called “lowerContent” on a site I am building. Now Dreamweaver and the browsers Safari and Firefox are showing the website correctly. Chrome and IE have messed up the new widget area somehow so the sidebar widget appears outside the wrapper container. Also the Footer isn’t formatting correctly but I believe that is a byproduct of the lowerContent widget are and sidebar.

Can someone please take a look and compare to see why IE and Chrome are being unfriendly?
    The site is http://www.listentothewind.com/reagan_vision
This is a modification of WPzoom's Monograph theme

If you compare the site, You can see that Safari and FF show it correctly and IE/Chrome have the issues. It’s pretty obvious.
    Thanks
