IE 8 changes colour of jeans overlay | WordPress.org

I am using Background manager on my website with WordPress 3.4.1.
Using a single colour with jeans overlay options.
On IE 9 and 10 and google chrome this is showing the correct colour.
On IE 8 I am getting a much darker colour. (brown instead of orange).

Hi,

The colour differentiation is an artefact of older MSIE’s filters, and will generally depend on the opacity as well as background image/colour. It would be difficult to adjust the overlay particularly on these various parameters, unfortunately.
