Icon Picker Problems

I am pretty sure this problem is directly related to my theme….but, when I try and create a list….the icon picker shows a blank window….I know the icons are there because if I hover my mouse around the tool tip indicates what it is…the theme is Salient….any ideas or where can I reference the list of icons outside of the plugin?
