I have recently come across a website hosted by your company. The owner of this site as used my material illegaly and I have no way to contact him. Is there any chance someone in support could email me about a way to contact the owner of the website.

As you can imagine I am not happy being labelled racist especially as my video includes me proclaiming against racism.

That site is not hosted by WordPress. It USES the software. There's a difference.
WordPress is Free and open source software, built by a distributed community of mostly volunteer developers from around the world. WordPress comes with some awesome, worldview-changing rights courtesy of its license, the GPL.
You have the freedom to run the program, for any purpose.
Even that.
Please contact the site-runners, you can find out by going to http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/retroracist.com - Use that information to contact the webhost and ask the information be taken down.
If that's your youtube video, you should be able to revoke their access to embed it in your settings on youtube.com
