• Hello all, I just want to say that I’m so in love with wordpress, I’ve built 4 complete sites on it now and wow, it’s a jewel of a CMS, I just wonder, am I using it to it’s full potential? I use it to manage my portfolio, and web business…

Right now, if I want to create two blogs – 1 for my self and one for my business partner, I create two page templates and inside of those page templates–I create a custom loop that calls for all posts filed under Greg’s category or My Category, and we just publish posts with our respective categories. Is this the way it’s done or am I missing something… I ask because I would eventually like to create a blog for up to ten people, and I thought there may be an easier way to do this than to have to mess with the code and page templates.

So if you would kindly let me know if that’s the way it’s done or if there is an easier way to do this I would greatly appreciate it!

  • Why bother creating pages of posts when you are just using categories? That’s what category listings are for. Then the only thing you have to consider is your home page display.
