I'm looking for a plugin that will allow me to create a "new page' but rather than have the tab take you to a page, it links directly to an external site.
There MUST be a plugin for this, but i just cant find it.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Try Page Lists Plus.
You'll need to go the Settings > Page Lists Plus page in the dashboard, check the "Redirect To" box, and save.
Then on the edit screen for your new Page, you'll see a text box you can use to enter the external url, and any links to this Page in Page lists will redirect there.
Hope that does what you're after.
