i want to redirect my html page in wordpress sites.

I want to redirect my http://webhostingreviewandcoupon.com/dotster.html link to http://webhostingreviewandcoupon.com/dotster-review/
For that i am going to quick redirects link and put /dotster.html in request box and put this link in http://webhostingreviewandcoupon.com/dotster-review/ destination box and tick in NF but still it is not redirect so please help me as sson as possible.
