    The heading says everything.

I have Jetpack enabled on my self-hosted WordPress.org website.

  2. Hello, and welcome to the WordPress.org community!

Well, I would suggest starting by reading the Moving a Blog article from the WordPress.com website.

After you have a grasp of the process.. please post back with any detailed questions/concerns you may have.

    Hope to see you around.

Hmm, I read that article. It beautifully explains what needs to be done. So here's what I got:

I have to pay 129 USD. Or do an Export>Import.

God, of course I've done that. My new website is running, all my content - pages, posts, comments, images, are there. I emailed Jetpackers and they've emailed me that my subscribers are transferred/migrated too (while it hasn't actually happened, but I understand it can take about a day).

But my stats haven't, because stats don't get migrated in the usual Export>Import processes I think.

So in all, there's nothing besides opting for a Guided Transfer right?

No, that's not at all what I said. I'm not affiliated with WordPress.com and I get nothing off their "guided transfers". Furthermore, that wasn't even mentioned in my reply.

All I was trying to do was ensure you are fully aware of the transfer process, since your original post was lacking any further information.

I've never transferred "stats" between sites, so I'm afraid I can't be of much help. Perhaps another mod will drop by and shed some more light.
