   Hi. i want to hire someone that can make me theme layout.

   i want it to look and funtion like this page: www dreamfield se.
   The logos,graphics,background is something i want to customize.

   Also about the front/start page:
   when i add new post to "work". i want that one to be on the front page, the 2 smaller pictures under "more work" are supposed to be linked to post #2 & #3 on "work" page.

   is this possible to achive?

   this page and layout is dead simple, and i know that its possible to "rip" this page using firebug and such in a fairly short amout of time, but i dont feel like learning that stuff. so i'll rather hire someone to do it for me. i'll pay with paypal only. we'll agree of a price.
