    What page is the client wanting this to be shown on? The home page? An archive page? A category page?

    In any event, you will need to log into the Dashboard and go into the Editor which can be found under the Appearance section. From there you will need to choose the appropriate file from the right hand side which needs to be edited.

    Typically the home page of a site is index.php so if that is the page you want changed then you will need to click on index.php.

    Once the page loads up on the screen you are going to want to look through the code and look for

    the_excerpt()

    and change that piece of code to

    the_content()

    What theme is your client using? That will give me a better direction to look in so I can help.

    I would assume it is the right place if you achieved the result you were looking for :)
