   I want to run a movie site exactly like the one listed above.

   1.) Can it be done with WP, I mean EXACTLY?

   2.) Judging from what you are able see in the second link, what plug-ins/themes would help to achieve those ends?

   3.) Is WP SEO friendly? As you can see from the second link, the URL contains the name of the movie. How is that achieved through WP?

   You could just have each movie as a post or page and have the mess with the permalinks so they display the post/page title in the url
