   Recently i upraded my wp version from 2.2.1 to 2.2.2
   then when I viewed my site, my theme was gone and it replace with the basic one (with the blue header)
   besides, all my latest post also gone.. the latest one appeared on the screen is my post in October 2007
   huuu.. what i'm going to do?????????????
   i wanted my old blog back
   i don't cake about the version anymore as long as I get my blog back!

   p/s: i read the instruction and it said to clear the database..how to do it?

   That's BS... no normal instructions say that! Show me the link to the instructions in the Codex where it says so.

   If you don't have SSH access, ask support to help you:
   - delete all the files listed in /home/example/public_html/fantastico_fileslist.txt
   - delete /home/example/public_html/fantastico_fileslist.txt
   - Untar /home/example/fantastico_backups/.backup.1202346122.tgz
   - Empty the database example_wrdp1
   - Import the file /home/example/fantastico_backups//backup.sql into the database example_wrdp1
   - Move /home/example/fantastico_backups/ to /home/example/public_html

   the system said they backup the previous version but i don't know how replace it back.i've downloaded it.. huu

   thanks.. i hope somebody can tell me the steps to overcome this

   If you don't have SSH access, ask support to help you

   Even simpler: get a FTP client and read the WP documentation!
