   After you asked me to upgrade i did. Not my site gives me an error message saying website is under construction or there is a programming error.

   Now I have no clue how to fix it.

   What did you upgrade? WordPress, a theme, or a plugin?

   DO you have a backup of your data base ..??
   if yes then downlaod your wp version from
   http://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/

   and import the data base again .
   and then follow the step to upgrate your wp;
