   I've chosen the theme "Pilcrow 1.0". Í have the default of content and a sidebar. This theme supports a one column no sidebar setting, but it's simply not working. I set it and publish, but yet the sidebar stays.

   I'm new to this, so any input is greatfully appreciated.

   There's loads of themes, the chances of anyone who sees this knowing how your theme works are low, so do you have a link to your site?

   No link right now. I'm helping a friend with his site, so I have limited access. Next chance I get I'll publish the page and post a link.
