Okay i know you can call me dumb but i accidentally deleted my mysql database that contained all of my things and now i can not login into my dashboard is there anyway to fix this

Okay i fixed that but my whole site is the same page no matter what link you click on on this has happened to me before but i can't think what it was that did it can you help
