   This morning i was updating my site, phsnewsonline.com, and i installed a weather plugin that came from my admin page on wordpress. Now i can't get to my site, nor can i login to my admin page. They both come up blank. The source in my browser is also blank. Has anyone else had this problem in the past? If so, how did you fix it?

   Delete that plugin via FTP: FTP Clients « WordPress Codex.

   i cant get to my admin page to set it up, its also blank

   You don't need WP admin to use FTP.
