I seem to have a problem

I recently purchased a domain and purcahsed it through bluehost, with the one click install & wordpress. I purchased geo places and installed it onto wordpress.

Now i didnt get any receipt of payment althought i could down load geo places.

When it installed it seemed to have X on the left side bar for Places, Events and Geoplaces. I installed missing pluggins and tried to use.

I not only find it really difficult to use but also fustrating as it does not seem to work. Is this Geoplaces or wordpress?

I feel like i am hitting my head against a brick wall and my money wasted.
