    At the moment:

+ The plugin is properly installed and configured
+ Options successfully write serialized data
+ Clicking “Send Test” results in “Error: options page not found.” when posting to /wp-admin/options.php
+ A forgot password email successfully sends… through BlueHost instead of Mandrill
+ I hate BH but half my damn clients use them (that feels more important to say in bold than it actually is)
+ Ninjaforms emails, likewise, continue to access BlueHost.
+ Initial activation resulted in a bad headers error but a subsequent activation attempt succeeded.

TL;DR, the plugin runs but doesn’t actually hook into the WordPress mail functions.

Note that I receive no items related to WPMandrill in my WP error log or the console

Forget everything I said. The contextual help hadn’t popped up – I was missing the domain configuration step.

    Hey ianarmstrong,

Glad you got it working… however, something is not quite right. It should not behave the way you mentioned. That’s probably telling you that you should still try to figure out what was really happening.

    All the best,
    Will
