    Hello,
    I wanted to add a border only on the left hand side of the side bar and when I did that the type was to close to it so I added padding which then moved the side bar under my content. I also put a margin on the bottom so the boarder doesn't hit the footer boarder. This is the code I used in the custom CSS

    /* =Sidebar
    -------------------------------------------------------------- */
    #secondary {
    border-left: 2px solid #766551;
    padding-left: 5px;
    margin-bottom: 50px;
    }

    Also, I have two widgets in my sidebar how can I add a line/boarder in between them. The look should be like the left boarder. The site is http://www.maid2clean.me
    I'm leaving it as is so you can see what I'm talking about.
    Thank you

    this is, I think the original css

    #secondary {
    	float: left;
    	font-size: 16px;
    	line-height: 24px;
    	margin-left: 3.06%;
    	padding-bottom: 20px;
    	width: 31.28%;
    	color: #777;

    }

    if you add padding-left, try using % (instead of px) then decrease margin-left %.
    should work...

    ex:

    #secondary {
    	float: left;
    	font-size: 16px;
    	line-height: 24px;
    	margin-left: 2.06%;
    	padding-bottom: 20px;
    	width: 31.28%;
    	color: #777;
    	border-left: 2px solid black;
    	padding-left: 1%;
    }

    for widget :

    .widget {
    	margin-bottom: 40px;
    	border-bottom: 1px solid black;
    }

    FANTASTIC!!!!! That is exactly what I needed. Thank you so much:) but I have two more question.
    If I don't want the boarder under the last widget how do I get that to come off but stay on the others?
    And I tried to do padding-left: none; under widget to get the boarder to connect to the left boarder but that didn't work...any suggestions?

    1/ try to find the class of the last widget by using "firebug" ...
    2/you should get rid of padding-left in #secondary and then put some padding-left on the widget...
