I purchased a Theme from someone and do not know what I am doing

    I am clueless!! I purchased a theme from someone name clover theme and
    the customer service sucks.. I don’t know what to do. I have worked with templates in the past I have a wix.com template that I was able to navigate no problem and the tutorial is simple.

    This person sends me emails and says log into your word press but fail to read that I do not have a clue whats going on.. I downloaded Word press as he instructed but all I see is a bunch of files and don’t know what to do with them

    The are very small and some are written in code?? I have asked this person for a refund if he can not verbally speak with me on the phone but to no avail??

    What can I do here ?? I am lost

    Hi Kennedy, welcome to WordPress! The initial guide that you should read is here: http://codex.wordpress.org/New_To_WordPress_-_Where_to_Start . Once you have read through that and followed any links mentioned please post your specific questions. I’m sure Clover Themes has support for their themes – just not for basic WordPress questions. Ask your questions and we’ll help you out, or you can post a job at jobs.wordpress.net if you have no interest/time to learn.
