I post an article on my blog,all the chinese character changed to ??? (1 post)

    Please help me!
    I use Vista and wordpress both in english,I tried to post an article on my blog,but all the chinese character was changed to "???" I don't know how to edit it,so I could type chinese on my blog.Thanks for your time. :)
